Order processing:
Your orders are shipped the same day for orders placed before noon and within 24 hours at the latest. We ship continuously and without closure during the holidays.
Delivery and billing for countries outside the European Union:
Orders and invoices are issued excluding taxes. Upon arrival of the package in your country, taxes and customs duties may be applied. These possible charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you contact the competent authorities in your country for more information on the applicable charges.
Prices & delivery times:
We use DPD, GLS and DHL as service providers. Rates vary depending on the destination and delivery times are between 2 and 5 working days after your order has been shipped.
